Keith Bower

Keith Bower represents the views of the region?s Sea Fisheries Committees. He is the Chief Fisheries Officer and Clerk for Devon Sea Fisheries Committee. A local man, he has spent his lifetime in and around the local fishing industry. He has been a Fisheries Officer with the Committee for over 37 years prior to which he was first a Merchant Navy Deck Officer and also a fisherman. A former coxswain of the committee's patrol vessel and as second Coxswain of Torbay Lifeboat he was awarded several medal service certificates and the RNLI Gold Medal.
