Mark Russell

I am a Director of the British Marine Aggregate Producers Association (BMAPA), the representative trade body for the British marine aggregate sector. As part of the Mineral Products Association, BMAPA represents its eleven members in dealings with stakeholders at all levels, ranging from government to local communities. With an academic background in Marine Geography and Marine Resource Development and Protection, I have worked in the marine aggregate industry for 14 years in a range of marine resource management and development roles, and will represent all marine aggregate interests in the South West region.
