I am the Deputy Land Steward with the Duchy of Cornwall at their Liskeard Office and am a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor. The Liskeard office manages the Duchy’s Cornish Holdings, the Duchy’s Waters of South Devon and the Dartmoor Estate through a satellite office at Princetown. Whilst covering many aspects of the running of the rural estate, within my remit is responsibility for the Management of the Cornish Marine Estate, consisting of about 200 miles of foreshore and a number of Estuaries. The office also manages the Duchy’s South Devon rivers and Estuaries.
