David Marshall

David represents the views of the South West Handline Fishermen’s Association on the Steering Group.

After an extended period working with the Environment Agency Marine Team in the South West region, David has spent the last seven years working as a Marine Consultant. He has worked on a wide variety of projects covering many aspects of the marine sector.

Recently a focus of his work has been the development, marketing and promotion of sustainable inshore fisheries, including work with the Invest in Fish South West project and an on-going project with the South East Seafood Group.
